If SpaceDock Pro isn't for you, we'll refund your purchase — any reason, or no reason — within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from (or mentioning) the email address you used at checkout. That's it. You can also simply reply to your license email.

How it's processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated. The free plan keeps working — the default Space plus one custom Space stay yours.
