About SpaceDock
SpaceDock started as a tool its developer built for one person: themselves. The daily reality was three code editors, four browsers with tabs spread across projects, a stack of iTerm sessions, and Mission Control showing a wall of thumbnails that all looked the same. Switching tasks meant two minutes of hunting; getting back to yesterday's setup meant reopening everything by hand.
So SpaceDock does three specific things: it shows everything you have open in one panel, it moves you (or your windows) where you want in one click, and it lets you save an entire working context — windows and tabs together — as a Space you can return to. No cloud, no account, no reinvention of the launcher. It's a switcher for the stuff you already opened.
It's an independent product: one developer, direct support email, and a changelog that shows exactly what changed in each release.
